I cannot refresh to filter transpot request, it's very slow.

Saddam,
There are several possibilities for a cause here. For instance, if you have DNS issues with hostname resolution, that can cause this symptom. Also, if you do not use a common shared transport directory, i.e. if each of your systems has its own \trans folder, then STMS is forced to spend time copying all the contents back and forth, which really slows things down. This is definitely not a recommended landscape setup, if so. Or, if your transport buffer has become exceptionally large, it may be slowing things down.
I recommend you look at the following Notes as a starting point for your troubleshooting:
1924741: It takes a long time to refresh a system's import queue
2474319: Import queue stuck in refresh with <SID>:Copying import queue <SID>
If you have setup your landscape without a central shared transport host, then I recommend you look at my (old) blog post Migration of Transport Host for some suggestions about to consolidate.
Cheers,
Matt
