We use a script to do a backup BIAR, the script works well on QA servers, but in the prod does not execute correctly, it leaves the tomporary files, and the output file is wrong,

How are you going to import those BIAR's back , since Promotion management doesn't support BIAR format and UMT can't import BIAR from same version ?
Also, if you depending on this type of backup - you will be in for a big surprise when you need to restore. Please use a proper CMS DB/FRS backups.

the objectif is to have a LCMBIAR backup, our scripte dosn't work correctly on prod but on QA is working fine can you please assiste us to find why we have this issue, now we dont have any buckup 😞 so it's critical on PROD

that is a script by a community member, so you have to ask him for it. Looks like he hasn't updated his profile, so is listed as Former member.

Again - if you are basing your backup strategy on lcmbiar - you are doing it wrong. It can be a supplemental piece, but it cannot replace proper backup.

And again - you need to use lcm cli functionality, not biarengine.
