Please explain how to upgrade j2ee sdk for AS Java

There is a Web AS Java v 7.0 SP 9. It uses an old version of Java SDK which causes some problems while connecting to this system through SPML. The new version of SDK has already been installed on the server. Please explain how to change the version which is used by Web AS Java? What steps should be made? Maybe there is some guide how to do that?

Hi,

Change the environment variable from old version java to new java installed.

This you can do as follows.

1. Right click on my computer and select properties

2. Go to advanced and click on the environment variable

3. In System variable field select Java_home and edit it
