Thanks for the information.

By the way enhanced CTS may be available from Solution manager 4.0 Sp12 but Change Request Management is available from Solution manager 3.2 Sp 06.But I want to make sure about it.

just to make sure: there is no 3Tier requirement at all

you can configure ChaRM in one single instance with multiple clients if you like
