Invalid Parameter Error Message

Upon promoting a Crystal Report Iam getting a strange message

'Invalid Parameter in a temp file' We have prompts and LOvs. All other reports using the LOVs are fine, connection is refreshed in BVM and LOV scheduled. In Dev 4.2 it is fine. Upon promoting to QA 5 it is giving this error. Tried deleting the report and repromoted- no luck.

Underlying data source is same. error code is

is the error happens during promotion or after when you are refreshing report in destination ?
that would be a huge difference in looking at where the root cause is.

Not to mention that knowing all the promotion job details would be crusial to know as well.
