Hyperlink from dimension value

Hi there, I was wondering if there is a possibility to create a clickable hyperlink from values in a cell (dimension)

Basically i have two dimensions, two cells, one consist of an outside link to a website, other cell consists of subpages. I can merge these together to get the full link, but I cant seem to find a way to make it into functioning link?
