Calculated dimension context

I have 2 number tiles where I am showing Attrition % and Status(kind of classification) which is dependent on Attrition %.

This status is a calculated dimension based on Attrition % and dimension context set to Month

Below I am showing charts with company codes and Attrition %. User wants this chart to linked to above number tiles. The issue is when I am clicking on Company code, the status is not changing as it is based on Month and when I am adding Company code in the dimension context, then at the high level i.e. for all company codes it is showing all the bands.

How we can solve this problem.
