Go live -post implementation support

Hi friends,

can u tell the difference between go live support and post implementation support.

I could not able to assign points for my previous topic,b cos radio buttons were missing .Any idea?

Hi,

It really depends on the context of the question. My first response would be say that they're the same thing.

I would call all the work around transports and deployment 'cutover' and may attach the word support. Everything after that I would call Go-Live or Post Implementation Support.
