Formatting Error when printer given other than LP01

Dear All,

I have this problem in SMART FORM where if I give the output device as LP01 then I get the print preview .

but if I give the actual printer name it gives me a Formatting Error that Template does not fit into the window .

I retested it by increasing the size of the window but it is not helping.

Can you please help me with the same.

Hi,

I think there is some settings which are restricted the page size or paper size for that printer..try to take help of Basis people who was configured that printer and resolve the issue.
