Formatting Error when printer given other than LP01

Dear All,

I have this problem in SMART FORM where if I give the output device as LP01 then I get the print preview .

but if I give the actual printer name it gives me a Formatting Error that Template does not fit into the window .

I retested it by increasing the size of the window but it is not helping.

Can you please help me with the same.

HI

CHeck the Paper settings in LOCL and LP01 , and the PAPER size also (letter or A4 etc ) in both printers ,its default settings.
