Dear team,
We want to use Fiori Leave Request Approval. Our employees are not sap users .By which user are they log in at fiori launchpad. Shall we open ESS user in sap ERP. At this time shall we need any user licence

You need to have SAP user in order to log in to SAP. you need Fiori and ECC both side users.
You need the license for it. Talk to your account manager and theycan give you more detail about licencing and cost associates with it.
