Hi,
we have our own app built on top of SAP BTP ABAP Environment. The solution has own namespace e.g. /NS/ and it generates various application logs for our own application log objects like /NS/EXPORT. We want to provide own app where users can see individual application logs. We followed the following tutorial how to define own application log app using adaptation project.

The app works fine when executed locally. When we try to deploy it as an app /NS/LOG, we get the following error during deployment.
The app uses not permitted services for ABAP for Cloud Development
We looked at the details of the message and the problem seems to be that our package is /NS/LOG is ABAP for Cloud Development (it must be) but the application log service has not been released for consumption.
How are we supposed to deliver an app that users could use to preview application logs? There does not seem to be a generic app that could be used on SAP BTP ABAP Environment? Ironically, I was able to teach Claude Code to read the messages directly from the service without any issues.
