Error While Extracting Installer - Missing volume

This is the installer for 4.2 SP08 Patch 500

I can't get it to extract. I've tried over and over. I've tried re-downloading the installers 3 different times from SAP, using the download manager each time. The last time I just went on with the installation on the server, but the install failed miserably and never created an SIA.

1. I've confirmed the user logged in and executing the extraction has full execute privledges to the entire C:\BOE directory
2. I've also confirmed that our IT has disabled on access scan from Bitdefender for the entire C:\BOE directory

Anyone else run into this error?

Data Error: dunit\lcm.client.app.java.webpath_bundles-4.0-core64\content.cab

1. Use winrar to extract, as the 2 part archive is created with it
2. Put both parts of the archive into same dir prior to extraction.
