Error while accessing camera app from SAP Mobile Start

Hi experts,

Recenlty we developed one application in SAP Build Apps having QR code scan and Take Photo flow function. This application works well in Preview mode.

Once we deployed it in Build Work zone and then accessing it through mobile start application in mobile device, 'Scan QR code' function is working fine, but 'Take Photo' function is not able to access the camera.

Getting below error:

platformNotSupported : This platform is not supported

Camera access is not available in the web runtime environment. To enable the Take Photo functionality, deploy and use the application as a native app
