Email from Workflow.

Hello Gurus.

we have Work flow for Purchase order release strategy.

Now in our customisation we have change the Agent id name.

But work flow do not send any SAP Email to that Newly Agent id.

Workflow works fine before changes in Customisation.

I also have checked in Workflow log, system shows Newly agent name and send SAP Email By Executing Manually.. But this is Manually process. System Do not send Automatically.

Hi Riten ,

You need to check the workflow template.

In the workflow Template how the mail is sending from the workflow.

If it is sending from workflow then you need to check how the Mail ID populated in the workflow.

It may be hard coded some where. Please check the logic behind this.
