Eclipse Error Adding Tasks to a Process

Hello experts. I'm trying to build a new process but I cannot add any tasks to it. I've tried the correct way, i.e. selecting Action Task from the Palette then selecting the process flow line and left clicking but when I do that, nothing happens. I tried creating an Action Task just randomly in the Process Flow open field and then connecting the flow line to my task but that doesn't work.

According to SAP documentation, you select your task type (don't drag and drop) next select the point in the process line where you want the task to occur. Even creating the Action Task in the open field and not part of the process line, it won't allow me to save the process. Do I need to submit a ticket with SAP on this one?

(The text of the error log is attached also.)

Hi Brandon,

drop the ActionTask on the line, this should work.

Everybody struggled with that one time or the other, I think...

Alex

I tried all that. It doesn't work. Only makes the error you see in the Eclipse error log.
