Difference between R/3 4.7, ECC5 & ECC6 anyone?

i am new to SAP, just i started learing ABAP and BW,i have so many doubts like this please please help me.......

what netweaver consists of?

is(netweaver) it a package that contain ABAP , functional modules and bw?

is bw3 is seperate sap product?

in later versions like ecc5 or ecc6 will these comes with abap and functional modules?

if not what ecc5 and ecc6 contains?

suppose if i installed ecc6 what about bw,later i have to install bw on ecc6 or it comes with ecc6?

what is latest version of bw is it bi7 or bw 3.5?

I see discussion are more on technical side, how about on the functional differences?

Would an end user need to be trained if using from a 4.5 to ECC6?

Meaning to say in terms of functionality would there be a huge diference?

If yes what would be the big difference?

Hi,

There are a lot of changes between SAP R/3 4.5 and ECC 6.0. The scale of the changes also relates to what areas you have implemented. As Matt mentioned you should consider a searching/posting in the SAP ERP forum on specific functional areas that you have implemented. I would also suggest you check out the SAP ERP solution composer as it can indicate to you where the changes are (compares your current implementation with SAP ERP 6.0). You can find this from the SAP ERP page on the SAP Service Marketplace (http://service.sap.com/ERP).
