Hi,

I am getting following error while refreshing webi report. And also all my scheduled webi reports are getting failed because of same issue. What would be the reason for this error.

HI PRK ,

have you checked the connection with Db is working fine , you DB password has not been changed recently ??????

Hi ,

Do you have IDT Access ???? if not then you cannot check it , you need to Check the connection for universe .
