Hi All ,

I have a 0Customer Info Object serving as Master Data. It contains a field Customer Class. If I check in PSA and KNA1, the field is having the correct expected value. But its not getting updated in the Info Object. I have checked transformations and there are no Routines and its a direct mapping.

Can you please guide.

Thanks

Hi All ,

I did a full load today from PSA and the data got updated via Change Attribute Run in the PC.

Also I noticed that the Info Object was getting updated from 2 Source Systems , and both the Source Systems had same Customer No, one for LA and one for NA. Now I was facing issue with LA , whereas the NA loads were completing after NA and were over writing the info object with their Classification No.

Kindly let me know of your opinion.

Thanks

Hi,

You may need to create one more info object and add as attribute to 0Customeer. At transformations you can map to newly added info obj rather than old iobj from one of the data source(customer class). thru that you can avoid over writing. at bex level you may need to filter out.

Thanks

Do you have 0sourcesystem or 0logsys as compounding object to your main infoobject?

Just run full infopackage from the LA source sytem and run full DTP to the infoobject.

Hi

As Suman said you need another Key Infoobject to separate the two customers from the NA and LA system. If they have the same customer number but it's actually a different customer then you need a object that identifies the two systems. You can use 0logsys as a compounding object for 0customer

hope it helps
