Data not getting updated to InfoObject

Hi All ,

I have a 0Customer Info Object serving as Master Data. It contains a field Customer Class. If I check in PSA and KNA1, the field is having the correct expected value. But its not getting updated in the Info Object. I have checked transformations and there are no Routines and its a direct mapping.

Can you please guide.

Hi Prateek,

Have you ran attribute change run?

Please recheck at transformations, rule details screen, is it shows direct assignment or not.

You master data load was success? please recheck the last 3 to 4 days jobs logs of customer master data loads.

Hi Ramanjaneyulu ,

The attribute change run is a part of data loads and it contains 0Customer. The data loads have finished succesfully. Also this Customer Classification was changed a couple of months back. But still change is not visible in IO.

Can you please suggest.

Hi prateek,

Just to know:

Try this test case at Dev environment.

At  ecc system change customer class and load to bw side. Check it whether new changes are coming not.

If possible try to debug DTP at Production if you have authorization.

Hi

If the changes are done couple month back and if you have the correct data in PSA just run a full dtp picking up all requests once more you have in PSA and bring data in sync.
