Crystal Reports installation error message

Hello I am trying to reinstall Crystal Reports 2013 file version 60.0.0.46 product version 80, onto my desk top and I am getting this error message

Is there someone who can help fix this?

Hi Roland when I click on any of those links you posted it takes me to a page that says I am a P user. Not sure what that means but I can not go any further?

Are you an employee of a SAP Customer? Then you also have a S-User to connect to the SAP Web Resources.

It would be easier as mentioned, if you make yourself familiar with the Rules of Engagement

Basically Note 2581201 says, but without S-User Identification "no hands - no cookies" ...

For Crystal Reports
Basically it is an expected behavior as you will need the correct patch to update or for a fresh install of CR 2013 Go to the SAP Software Downloads page at: https://launchpad.support.sap.com/#/softwarecenter

1. In the SAP Software Downloads page, select the tab "Support Packages and Patches"
   
2. Under "By Category", select "Analytics Solutions"
   
3. In the "Analytics Solutions" page select: "Crystal Reports"
   
4. In the Crystal Reports page, select the desired version of Crystal Reports, like "SAP Crystal Reports 2013"
5. Then select again the version of Crystal Reports again, like SAP Crystal Reports 2013
6. It will then display at the bottom of the window, the list of the available Support Packages and Patches to downloads for Crystal Reports

Hi Roland so please let this be known that your help is very appreciated, however this is a miscommunication between team members here. I was told by another to tell you that I am NOT an S-User because they checked my company. Now once you again you did not know that until I told you, but either way I was following the guidelines from another team member on how to communicate with you.
