CMC Suddenly Errors

Hi Experts,

Suddenly i faced a lot of errors on CMC without any introductions .
I'm using dashboard with live office connection to a scheduled crystal reports it works good but suddenly when i trying to open it i receive this message:

Failed to load persisted view. (LO 26620)

while to running any crystal report on server i receive this error

The viewer could not process an event. The database logon information for this report is either incomplete or incorrect. [] ---- Error code:0 [CRWEB00000119]

and while click on details i got this thread:

and alot of another rows

then i found that there are stopped node under server status node under servers node (Screen Shot 1)

when i move the pointer in it i got a pop window with "the server intelligent agent is not available for this server" as shown also in screen shot

when i double click on server or click properties i got this message

An error has occurred:

java.lang.NullPointerException

as shown i screen shot 2

I Searched alot but I haven't got a suitable solution.

Any help Please ,,

Try redeploying CmcApp web application.

Please, i did all of that but there are the same errors

any other Ideas ?

Please check CMC trace and CMS trace and see if any jar file broken , then you can just paste the working file from working env .
