cross model copy Copy rules-issue

Hi Experts,

While copying the data from one model to another model using data action cross model copy step, I am facing an issue. every day new master data (Deals) and its transaction data is created in the source model. Target model doesn't have this new master data which is causing the data action to throw errors (Check the attachment). Everyday I need to maintain the copy rules in the data action after copying the newly created master data in the target model. These dimensions are not public dimensions. Is there any better way to handle this? please suggest.
