Archiving Material Error - Archive file cannot be ...

Hi,

I am trying to archive Materials for first time in system. After solving all authorization issues I am stuck on below error.

Archive file E:\usr\sap\BQ1\ARCHIVE\MM_MM_MATNR_20230807_191522 cannot be opened for write program.

How to solve it ? I understand above path is local folder and I need to setup SAP file path ? How to do that ?

Can you please elaborate which settings should be check ? Link provided by you is generic and I couldnt find solution to the problem.
