Single Sender - SuccessFactors notifications behavior

Hi,

We would like the following behavior in all email notifications sent from SuccessFactors:

1. Sender Name - Should be the First & Last Name of the user who performed the action, triggering the notification.

2. Sender email account - Can be a single email account for the entire company.

Question:

If we uncheck the 'Single Sender' option, will all emails behave in the same manner?

For example:

1. Document Route notification:

Performance form is sent by the employee (John Smith) to the next step (The line manager - David Page) - The manager should receive an email coming from: John Smith (System@SuccessFactors.com)

2. Document Step Due Notification:

The step due date job in scheduled to run on a daily basis. The Job is scheduled by 'HR admin'. The email should be sent from: HR admin (System@SuccessFactors.com)

Hi Danny,

When Single Sender is enabled both fields for "From Name" and "Form Email" are required values. It is not possible to configure only one of these fields they both need to be maintained.
