For Ariba SLP and Buying, we have enabled the SAP Companion In-App Help. For Ariba SLP, it works fine. However, for Buying, when I click the Question mark (Help) icon, the Help panel is not loaded. I tried different screens in the Ariba Buying application, but the In-App Help Panel does not load.
I checked the details in the Workarea in SAP Enable Now Manager; everything looks fine. Any possible reason this happens?

There can be several reasons that SAP Companion does not work correctly, including incorrect configuration in Manager or an issue with the permissions of the user trying to use SAP Companion. Without seeing your configuration in Manager it is impossible to day so the best option is for you to go through the Troubleshooting SAP Companion Community post and try to identify the issue.
