Reward and Recognition Thank You Program CC Manager

Hello Experts,

I have a Thank You program with no approval process. I want to add a rule that CC's the nominee's manager email when awarded.

Any Idea how to do it? I tried with the generic System Message and making an letter. I also tried making a workflow and attach it to Spot Award through Config object Definition.

What am I doing wrong?

This is possible by configuring a workflow with the cc portion completed and attaching the rule to the validation section of the spot award object or making it the onlyt workflow on the object. Can you please share details of your workflow configuration, rule and the spot award object so we can try to see why the email isn't triggering? Also, do you receive other workflow emails from your instance so we can rule out issues with email addresses or SF emails being blocked?
