Right now we have payroll employees (regular full time) in SuccessFactors but we are looking to have our non payroll temps (contractors, consultants, agency temps) part of LMS module so they can complete trainings and since org details carry over from BizX side, we were thinking of having them there so LMS org fiekds are not blank.
1. Is there a way to have these folks who are currently not on UDF to be in bizX?
2. If yes, will they show up in org chart or can we hide them? We have managers who have over 20 non- payroll temps so we would not want to clutter org chat.
a) if they will show up in org chart, can we customize to differentiate them maybe with color tile or a filter on the org chart page to filter on employee type?

We had something similar but we had implemented it using the concept of External Users but since SAP doesn't recommend that approach, you will need to have the employees in SuccessFactors.
