Final Review step onboarding email trigger

Hi Team,

I have built in the final data review step into my process variant. I activated the email template for the final data review but this is only sent when the data has actually been reviewed. I need an email to be sent to the responsible group alerting them to the need to complete the final data review. Why is there no standard trigger for this or is there something I can re use to send this email to the responsible group?

Has anyone found a solution to this?
