Hello, can you please let us know if there are any best practices or opportunities with storage cleanup. For example, can we "achieve" or adjust older data. My only concern is compliance requirements for storage. (ie: Medicare / 10 years)
Hi Jim, We typically purge the In* tables such as INCustomer and InCustPolicy and keep 2 years of data. Additionally, there are MEssage Log tables that consume a large amount of storage that can be purged as well without any compliance issues. We can review your options and you can present them to your internal compliance teams for approval.
