Bonus Payout Summary Report

Hi all,

In EC integrated variable pay template, In executive review page we see the values in calculated fields. However when we export the executive review report(Bonus Payout summary report) values are shown as 0. Bonus calculation job got completed 8 hours before. Does it take more time to show the values in report. Please let me know.

Are worksheets completed ? try doing the same thing after routing them back to an editable step.

Rule of thumb is that if you see different things on the Executive Review screens than in the exported file try running an update all worksheets job and then retest.

If that still doesn't fix the issue, create a support ticket.
