The 1H 2024 release changed the color of Secondary Buttons in the Horizon Theme from gray to blue and white, which is a step backwards in terms of having a professional-looking, company-branded interface. See examples below and please vote for my related suggestion in Influence Center to revert these to gray, which also matches what the preview still shows in Theme Manager.
