Eclipse-plugin for html editor

If I change something in html-Page, I should you the strategy/tools/filemanager.jsp. But it is not convenient. There is one

eclipse-plugin. Have you ever used it and how can I get this plugin?

I use the SAP NetWeaver Developer Studio and I want to install the FileStore Plug-in. After 2 hours search on the download-site of SAP I gave up. Because I could not find it at all, neither under NetWeaver nor under SSM. Have you any idea about it? Could you please give me the path map to find this plug-In?

The documents, I found them on the http://help.sap.com. Thanks. Although for me more interesting is how to customize the SSM.
