I've found the OKP about SSM 7.5. The part I really want that contains only 50 slides and I should pay it for more than 500 sfr. It's too much... Is there any other ways to get this information?
FileStore Eclipse-plugin I didn't find it. Could you tell me the path map to die download site.
Thanks a lot and
Have a nice weekend!

Hallo Bob
Thanks for your detailed answer.
I use the SAP NetWeaver Developer Studio and I want to install the FileStore Plug-in. After 2 hours search on the download-site of SAP I gave up. Because I could not find it at all, neither under NetWeaver nor under SSM. Have you any idea about it? Could you please give me the path map to find this plug-In?
The documents, I found them on the http://help.sap.com. Thanks. Although for me more interesting is how to customize the SSM.
Thanks in advance and
Nice Regards!

Hallo
Thanks Bob! It's really helpful!
How can I find this plug-in? Is it the part of SSM 7.5. If not, where can I download it.
The documentation for SSM is rare. Have you any Links to the dokumentation of SSM?
Thanks for your hints and help!
Nice regards!

Ping,
The use of FileStore Eclipse Plug-in should only be used by developers familiar with the Netweaver Developer Infrastructure (NWDI) and the NetWeaver Developer Studio (NWDS). Strategy Management is a deployed NetWeaver project and so changes have to be done using NetWeaver Developer Studio.
Current documentation for SSM is available by clicking the HELP button within the application. That directs you to the section on http://help.sap.com directly related to that section. PAS Help is attached to the application and won't be found at help.sap.com. To access that click on the Help button in the PAS interface. Help is not going to include any information about an Eclipse Plug-in.
There is additional documentation controlled by SAP Education. There hasn't been many classes for SSM scheduled over this past year, but there is OKT - which is the online education material. There is a cost for accessing this material. The OKT material for SSM 7.5 has about 22 hours of recorded instruction that you can access, with the ability to download slides for further review (although printing of slides is disabled). My understanding is that in the 7.5 OKT material is a section entitled Integration Enhancements that provides information about using a plug-in. It is not a step-by-step guide as the assumption is that you would be familiar with NWDS.
Regards,
Bob
Ping,
There is an integration enhancement with SSM 7.5 that allows using a FileStore Eclipse plug-in for SSM. You have to deploy the plug-in in the Netweaver Development Studio since any code changes will have to take place in the Development Studio.
If you are going to modify data in SSM always include at the top of the file
Modification: <exact date>, <user>
Description: <why is modification being done>
NEVER delete existing code, always comment.
This can help identify changes in the code. Any modification would be considered a customization and not supported by SAP, but support would need to know what modification had been done to the application when providing support for the base
There seems to be some documentation about this plug-in that's owned by SAP Education and part of the OKT material for SSM 7.5.
Regards,
Bob
