Time Eavaluation Error

Hi,

I am moving negative time mananegent to positive time managment from 01.01.2015. But before that did not run the time evaluation from April where they had maintained Time status as 1 and maintained IT50 from the date of joining.

Now i have changed earliest recalculation date as 01.01.2015 but getting below error. And it's different for different employee's. I am sharing the all screenshot deatils. Not able to find out the exact issue.

Hi Sankarsan,

One suggestion, not sure if this will help but here it is anyways, it seems from the description of your problem is employees were still running through time eval even though the understanding was employees were negative time managed. I agree with Vivek sir  that you could change the TMSTA for the employee and then clear infotype 3 for all the employees (using RPUTRBK0). and then from your go-live date change the TMSTA to evaluate employees using positive time. I believe it will still give you the same error as cluster table will be populated with the data. (as employees were still running through time eval). Before you clear your B1 and B2 cluster .........

Here is one thing which you can add into your testing if it saves you from deleting the cluster table, Use feature TIMMO, you would be able to use TIMMO to Pernr level and assign Modifier, you will have to maintain Modifier dates in Table T569R. This will then enforce system to use earlier recalculation from the feature.

This might help, Give it a try.

Hi,

Solved the error.

I wrongly deleted substitution type and changed it to another subtype and due to this all were coming as wrong.
