Subscript or Superscript ----- Co2

Hi Everyone,

I have a client that is looking to use the subscript funtion to convert the Co2 Item description to the correct format. I have tried the character map function in windows, but I cant find the small 2 to place next to the CO in the description.

If anyone has done this before I would really appreciate any comments or assistance....

Hello Johannes,

I think you are talking of a signature for e-mails send from B1, right? I just tried and it worked when I configured the mail service in the service manager, chose settings, change e-mail signature , use user defined signature and entered CO and then ALTGR-key and simultaneously 2-key as signature on my keyboard, the output was CO². That was like entering the @ via keyboard. I'm using German keyboard.

Hi Sandra,

This is not required for the email signature. I need to include the subscript 2 in an item description. The 2 you produces is superscript.

In Microsoft Word:

Superscript: Press CTRLSHIFT=

Subscript: Press CTRL+=

Sadly, I've tried copying and pasting text with the subscript for CO2 (the 2 being the oxygen) but it doesnt work in B1. Any other formatting ( ™, © etc) seems to work though.
