New to SAP.
Is there a tcode for scheduling that "assigns" negative PABs to a scheduler's screen where they can decide to plan production for something in a certain time bucket (whether it is for a day or a week)?
Or is this done automatically? If so, could someone explain the process and next steps?
My thought process is there has to be something like this that is similar to MM-ME57 (Assign and Process Requisitions).
Please let me know; if my thought process is off then any corrections or explanations would be appreciated as well.
Thanks

Hi Thomas
I suggest you to explore transaction MF50 for this purpose. While it is a transaction that was originally developed for repetitive manufacturing, you can also use it for discrete manufacturing.
In MF50 you will have an overview of requirements and available quantity per bucket and the planner can decide when a new replenishment proposal should be created. Additionally, you can have a capacity overview in your production line.
