Query help with OITM & OITG

I am trying to make a query that will list items and the property names that have been checked from the properties tab, but can't seem to find a way to link them correctly. Anyone ever done it successfully? If so please help on how I can do it.

Hi.......

In OITM Qrygroup1 and so on is linked with OITG Item Property but no proper join.

If you are trying to bring the Properties Column wise then i would suggest you to use Pivot Report as it will be easy to build a report.
