obviously you have to ask them what the error told you: Is there a printer with the name 'Zebra...' or not, i havent seen such a printer name like that before.
you can also go to SPAD tcode for the output device.

(just search Zebra over internet, it's a trademark like HP, Lexmark, etc.) Anyway SPAD is the solution to find the list of existing output devices. By the way, there are many SAP notes about "device does not exist".
sandra.rossi : I mean printer name with space inside, i dont know SAP accept that kind of name or not, usually i see it as LOCL, LP01...so i suggested him to check SPAD first.

I think OutputDevice should be ZDOT not Zebra barcode printer.
