Mail trigger using cl_bcs, change pointer activated, error: NO_POSITION_INSERTED

Hi experts,

I am triggering mail which uses cl_bcs. change object ADRESSE3 is active in our system and we get the below error in processing log when we trigger an email. Could you please suggest why this error arises when we send an email to external email ids.

On further analysis, found that cl_bcs->send() method calls CL_CAM_ADDRESS_BCS->CREATE_DIRECT_ADDRESS() wherein it refers the ADCP table and then later it deletes the entry from database. So may be due to this change pointer may be triggerred and later somewhere it gives the error. Could you explain if you have any idea about this.

It seems that the short text "Error in change document creation/analysis: XXXXX" has a long text. What is it? If it suggests to check something, what did you check?

Thanks for your reply. The email is getting triggered and we could see mail in SOST. But in the processing log of Ouput, we see an error.
