SAP BRIM Prepayment functionality for Solution quotation before contract activation

Hi Experts,

Looking out for pointer if any one has worked on how to handle prepayments for subscription contracts even before they are activated. We want to use solution quotation and raise invoice and accept payments.

Hi,

With "Early Billing" feature released in S/4HANA 2023 FPS2, subscription contracts can be billed and invoiced even before the contract start date.

Have a look at the Early Billing Scenario section under Date management in SAP help document of Subscription Order Management Date Management | SAP Help Portal

An early billing date, when assigned to the subscription item in a solution quotation or subscription order, is passed to the CI billing plan as Diff. Request Date which enables BIT request before its valid from. Thanks.
