Internal Order not allowing to decrease budget amount

Dear Experts

We have to close Internal Order no. 800001526 but system is not allowing to decrease budget amount from Rs. 2606000

Hi Ajeesh,

As per my knowledge that order already having commit values.( I mean Invoices ,Purchase requisition and Purchase orders). Check with mentioned report.

S_ALR_87013019 - List: Budget/Actual/Commitments

If there is commit values ,you can reduce budget  value up to that total commit value ,not beyond that.

Hello Ajeesh,

Double click on Actuals and commitments field ,it may chances document psoted and reversed that' why balances showing as nil oin both coloumns.
