error in pre-processing phase

Hi Gurus,

We are in the preprocessing phase in SUM SP13.

OS- AIX

DB-Oracle-11.2.0.4

SAP- ECC 5.0 to ECC6EHP7

Please see the attached error screen shot

Please help to resolve the same.
