Difference between sap pm & eam

Hey Gurus,

I have question for difference between sap pm & eam. i went through some discussions and found that its an evolution for sap pm. Apart from that, i wish to know

1)is there any difference in functionality?

2) If so, what changes have been made in EAM?

3) How does it benefit to an Enterprise?

Please put some light on it.

SAP EAM is a packaged solution for asset operators supporting the entire life cycle of assets . SAP EAM uses the available functionality of the mySAP business suit.

SAP PM is a major part of it.
