Sync Issue for child navigation entries while syncing only navigation node from home page

while doing a sync of navigation node from home, i could see below error for child navigation entries and the entries are not created for the nodes.

cannot create item due to pending attributes (values {'navigationnodepos'->0 , 'synchronizationblocked'->false , 'name'->Test child 4}
