SSL Mode : Https is referring to http to load image

I am getting below error in console. I want to upload an image from https..but here its is showing http.How can i achivev it Mixed Content: The page at 'https://localhost:9002/us' was loaded over HTTPS, but requested an insecure image 'http:......../Instagram.png'. This content should also be served over HTTPS.

I want to make http to https how can do it
