Error while creating my TypeConstraint

i am trying to create a constraint on the change in approved of the products.

I have defined the item

I have defined the annotation class

I have defined the validator class

when i try to create my constraint from backoffice i get the following screen

the following messages are shown in the logs

Could anyone tell me what i'm doing wrong?

Hi, I found the problem. The code had been placed in the wrong package
