Data Migration Tool - Excel Upload

Hello folks,

Post that latest version upgrade to 1902, we are not seeing the Migration Activities available in the Business Configuration WC - Activity List.

Has this been deprecated? We previously had activities like Migration of Customer, Migration of Materials etc. which would be used to perform Data Migration.

Any pointers will be appreciated.

Hi Nikhil,

Migration Workbench is deprecated with the C4C 1902 upgrade. You will have to use data workbench for data migration.

Hello

kindly update the process of organizational structure Hierarchy, i am unable to upload the hierarchy(graph) structure of organization through excel template, when i upload ,the organization creates but the relationship between organization(parents to child respectivley) doesn't appear. i am uploading Organizations through data workbench..
