Data Migration: Socket Timeout Exception

1. Azure MySQL 8.0 Source Data 
2. VPN is showing GREEN and connected 
3. When using the migration tool on Initialization the "java.net.SocketTimeoutException"/ 

   Failure to intialize pool. Communication link failure. 

   If have open case with SAP, but any good KBs.

Resolve: 

When customer is Architecture is Azure to Azure Highly recommend NOT using VPN, after numerous attempts is kept failing. Therefore if your Architecture is (your) Azure to (sap) Azure, rather use the Private Link setup, see below the detail. 

P.S. if you completed everything correctly as per below for the first time and you get Error, reach out to SAP Customer support, might just be that services has not been registered.  Few in minutes from services be registered we had success and now comfortable using the Migration Tool.
