Hello Experts,
We have noticed that copy-paste function is not working as expected when copying the data from an external source.
Steps to reproduce -
• Write a few lines in Word or in Notes.
• Copy the text and try to paste it into Email Interaction.
• Message box appears asking to Remove formatting or Keep Formatting.
• No matter what you chose pasted data doesn't appear
The only workaround users have to Paste as plain text by doing this formatting is lost.
Please can anyone advise how we can solve this? We have reached out to SAP they told it's working fine in their internal system so it's not an SAP bug.

Kushal

Hello kumarmukesh,
Thanks for the reply. We have enabled the Tiny MCE in our system based on SAP's suggestion to fix some other issues hence we can't disable it.
In that, it seems not working. When we disable and test it's working as expected.
Its is possible can you to do a quick test in your system by enabling TIny MCE and check it?

Hello kumarmukesh,
Thanks for the reply. Is It possible to share the screenshot of the Ticket Configuration? So that we can compare if we missed any settings.

Hi Kushal,
Tx for reaching out. I tried replicating the same and it is working as expected (as confirmed by SAP). See the attachment (below screen)

Are you sure in the above question, you do not have any format (Paragraph- as current selection) selected below:
